Hello!

My name is Sherry. I am a Health Coach specializing in Sleep and Stress Management through a blend of Coaching techniques, Embodied Breathwork, Somatic and Cognitive practices. My health odyssey started in 2004, fueled by a desire to understand my own battles with insomnia. I dove into nutrition, acupuncture, and bodywork, but in 2020, insomnia struck back stronger than ever. That's when my quest truly began.

I explored everything from breathwork to neuroscience, becoming a sleep detective on a mission to heal myself and others. I combine my knowledge with coaching to help you find the unique path to restful nights.
